The counties of Ocean, Cumberland, Atlantic, Cape May, and Burlington were all included in the advisory.
“Water levels have dropped below advisory standards since high tide. The Coastal Flood Advisory will so be permitted to end. The National Weather Service warns of persistent, scattered, small tidal flooding in the back bays, especially in Sussex County, Delaware, and Ocean County, New Jersey.
