On August 12, at 12:12 a.m. ET, Taylor Swift’s official website concluded a countdown that included links to pre-order her new album, The Life of a Showgirl.

The major event, where she will reveal the album cover for her 12th album, is still scheduled for her boyfriend Travis Kelce and his brother Jason’s podcast, New Heights.
With over 1.6 million shares and around 300,000 reposts (the newest Instagram sharing tool), the album title teaser, which was posted on the New Heights Instagram account, has already received 4.5 million likes and 110 million views (and is still growing quickly). It is currently the most viewed video on Instagram for New Heights.
Fans are hopeful that Taylor Swift would reveal the album cover and an official release date during her upcoming New Heights episode, which airs on Wednesday, August 13 at 7 p.m. ET.
According to Taylor Swift’s official website, preorders for the new album will be shipped by October 13.
Taylor Swift released several Swiftie-loved Easter eggs before this major reveal, which was followed by this announcement on her official website and the teaser video the New Heights podcast posted on their social media platforms.
The brothers sporting Taylor Swift stuff and the official Taylor Nation Instagram account sharing pictures of Taylor dressed in all-orange Eras Tour attire with the tagline, “See you next era,” were two examples of these hints.
The significance of these wardrobe photos stems from the fact that they matched an image of Taylor Swift blacked out on an orange, glittery background that the Kelce brothers posted to their New Heights social media account.
We’ll just have to wait and see what other significant news Swift will disclose on Wednesday when the New Heights podcast is released, as Swifties are well aware that a 13 is considered a lucky number in her book.
