Reality TV alum slams costars for ‘making fun’ of him: ‘Just felt nasty’

An alumni of Big Brother 27 Despite his thick skin, Jimmy Heagerty is still upset at the backstabbing remarks made about him by his erstwhile comrades Morgan Pope and Mickey Lee.

Listen, everything is fair in the game and in love. I anticipate the gameplay. [But] after being kicked off the CBS reality show, Jimmy told NJ.com, “It just felt nasty knowing that they had been making fun of my mannerisms for weeks.” Since they are both thirty-year-old ladies, you would expect they would be a little older than that. As a 25-year-old, I was somewhat surprised to be witnessing it and to feel that I was a little more mature than they were.

On social media, a live feedscap of Mickey and Morgan mimicking Jimmy’s slang usage has gone viral. According to several spectators, the discussion sounded homophobic.

The tea is blazing hot, my god. Mickey, why is it so hot? The clip shows Morgan asking.

because Triple Threat, [our partnership with Jimmy], has been dissolved. “Gay-asp,” says Mickey.

Jimmy believes that The Tea Party, the name of Mickey and Morgan’s last two alliances, can also be taken as a jab at him.

What I say in the house all the time was virtually parodied in their last two [alliance name]. Jimmy told NJ.com, “I don’t know, I thought it was interesting.” I’m not making any hasty decisions or anything. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt, unlike them, and would rather speak with them about their intentions and such. However, the impression was undoubtedly negative.

On Thursday, August 7, Mickey nominated Jimmy as a successor during her tenure as Head of Household, and Jimmy was evicted by a vote of 9-2. After discovering that Jimmy had been attempting to strike a deal with their adversary Keanu Soto, Mickey and Morgan lost faith in him.

Jimmy does not view his chats with Keanu as a betrayal, in contrast to Mickey and Morgan.

I’d trusted Mickey and Morgan completely with them. Triple Threat was the most important thing on my mind at all times. He remarked, “It turns out that was a mistake.” Since I was aware that Keanu was targeting Mickey and Morgan, I was trying to make amends with him. And being on the block together was the last thing we desired.

Jimmy stated that if Keanu were to become HoH, he intended to set the stage for how he and at least one of his Triple Threat allies would be protected.

Jimmy clarified that if he just nominated someone like Morgan, Mickey and I would be able to fight for Morgan in [the] Veto [competition] in addition to whipping votes. I was never given an opportunity to defend myself by Mickey or Morgan. Their interpretation does not determine my goal. I wasn’t slapping Triple Threat for the benefit of my own game; rather, I was neutralizing [Keanu] as a threat.

Jimmy’s removal followed a trend in which Heads of Household nominated their own supporters for eviction in season 27. Despite having a final two deal with her, Vince Panaro put Kelley Jorgensen on the block in week one, and Lauren Domingue sent home Adrian Rocha despite their loose alignment and the fact that he wasn’t pursuing her.

Jimmy told NJ.com that he firmly believes the confusing pattern is being exacerbated by the BB Blockbuster twist, which requires HoHs to nominate three individuals for eviction rather than two.

“Because they’re too concerned about damage control, I believe people are trying to rely on playing safe rather than making game moves,” he stated. Many people’s minds can be messed up by this game. People can divert your attention from what you already know to be true.

Jimmy stated that, despite the fact that it caused a stir in the house, he respects current Head of Household Ava Pearl for putting Vince Panaro and Zach Cornell forward.

This season, many HoHs haven’t stood on their own, in my opinion. He said, “I believe Ava is standing on business.”
