Homemade Drug Candy Operation Busted in Jupiter; Two Arrested in Multi-Agency Raid

A candy-themed drug operation in Jupiter was shut down following a multi-agency raid that uncovered a large supply of illegal THC and psilocybin edibles branded as “Alli’s Edibles.”

Deputies from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Delray Beach Police Department (DBPD), and PBSO SWAT executed a search warrant at a home located in the 15700 block of 95th Avenue North.

Upon arrival, two suspects — Allison Moyer, 54, and her husband, Greg Scrudders, 59 — complied with authorities and were escorted from the residence.

What authorities found inside the home:

  • Clear jars of marijuana packaged for distribution
  • THC-infused candies and chocolates
  • Psilocybin mushroom edibles
  • Drug production tools including rolling trays, brown paper bags, and pre-rolled papers
  • A handwritten ledger tracking profits and production costs for “Alli’s Edibles”
  • $290 in cash

In total, the bust resulted in the seizure of:

  • 1 pound of marijuana
  • Over 5 ounces of psilocybin mushrooms
  • More than 4 pounds of THC edibles

The psilocybin-laced edibles were self-labeled with “Alli’s Edibles” branding and featured a homemade flavor menu, suggesting an organized distribution operation.

Moyer and Scrudders face multiple charges, including:

  • Possession with intent to sell Schedule I and II substances
  • Two counts of possession of a controlled substance
  • Drug production
  • Trafficking synthetic cannabinoids over 280 grams

The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have not ruled out additional charges.
