‘Big Brother’ live feed spoilers: Who won Power of Veto week 5?

Big Brother 27 has a new Veto holder.

Zach Cornell, Vince Panaro, and Keanu Soto were nominated for eviction by Ava Pearl, who was appointed Head of Household earlier this week. Zach and Vince had never been on the block before, but Keanu has been a house target for weeks.

Katherine Woodman emerged victorious, marking the first time this season that none of the nominees took home the Power of Veto. After weeks of his housemates trying to get him out, might this be the week that Keanu finally leaves?

Was the Veto used this week?

The Veto meeting has not yet taken place as of this writing. Katherine has stated that she does not intend to use the Veto on any of the nominees, though. It makes sense for her to stick with the same nominations because she is not in agreement with any of them.

Even if Katherine is unlikely to use the Veto, Ava’s nominations could still be altered by a secret power. Following a Veto meeting in week two, Zach was granted the authority to remove himself off the block. Given her strong ties to both Zach and Vince, Ava is probably going to nominate Morgan Pope as the successor.

Who is going home on Big Brother this week?

On Thursday, August 14th, the live BB Blockbuster competition will give each of the three nominees one last opportunity to prove their safety. Although Keanu has shown himself to be a strong competitor, he has never participated in a BB Blockbuster.

Keanu is probably going home on Thursday if he doesn’t win the BB Blockbuster. He has already avoided eviction three times, and no one wants to compete with him.

When is Big Brother on next?

The upcoming episode, which airs on CBS and Paramount+ on Wednesday, August 13 at 8 p.m. ET, will feature the Veto competition and meeting. At 8 p.m. ET on Thursday, August 14, the live BB Blockbuster competition and eviction will air.
