The New Jersey Supreme Court upheld a state law that shields public officials from harassment and threats by ruling that journalists can be prohibited from publishing the home addresses of specific public officials.
Charles Kratovil, editor of the local news site, was involved in the case that resulted in the unanimous ruling on Tuesday.
