The Staff

Head Coach:  Bill Regan

Years on the Job: 45

Assistants: Jeff Churchill, Peter Staluppi, Dave File, Dan Tomzick, Connor Rush, Chris Cervona, Jim Pisciotto, Pete Cervona & Gerry Moore

Player’s Expected to Step Up: Pat Sinegra, Sean Beller, Patrick Kaiser, Brandon Nguyen & Chris Velardi

The Skinny

What This Team Does Better than Anybody:  No team will can fool opposing defenses better than the Golden Eagles.  Whether it’s with all their misdirection or a deep pass play that will take a team by surprise, defensive coordinators know they cannot sleep on these guys.

Biggest Surprise of the Off-season:  How serious the senior leaders took the off-season workouts when they couldn’t practice with coaches due to Covid-19.

George Muha’s Take

George Muha’s Take is sponsored by Parisi Speed School of Morristown. Reach out to Parisi today to get bigger, faster and stronger because champions are made in the off-season.

I am telling you there is a sparkle in the eyes of these Knolls kids eyes that I just haven’t seen in a long time from the Golden Eagles.  It doesn’t hurt there are 26 or so seniors and they are all going to be playing important roles.  Sinegra, Beller and Kaiser would all be the featured back for most teams in Morris-Sussex and the fact that they are all in the same backfield is going to make them deadly.  Prediction:  I predict right now that whoever wins the 10/31 game between Knolls and Randolph will win the division.  I also predict that will be the Game of the Year in Morris-Sussex.  Remember I said that.
