Players on the Rise:
Sydney Ostolaza – now sophomore catcher who has a phenomenal arm and hit 6 HRs as a frosh
Abby Adams – now sophomore who had 40+ hits last season and started every game at 2B as a frosh

Coach’s Outlook: We are a very young team with 1 starting senior. Erika Mack is in route to 150 career hits and signed to play for Scranton next season. Emily Deitch, Rachael Prescott, Abby Adams, Sydney Ostolaza for a strong core in the lineup. Went to the semi-finals of both state sectionals and state technical tournament last year and won Villa Walsh SpringFest tournament.

George Muha has been covering high school sports since 2006. He feels high school scholar-athletes are the most important part of the community and highlighting their achievements on the field, in the classroom and within the community is his personal mission.
