In this episode, George Muha interviews Pope John 6-2, 260-pound lineman Mike Maglio. Mike, who is one of the top linemen in Morris-Sussex, talks about his personal journey from a middle school baseball and basketball player and how he transformed his body and mind to play football at the highest level. He shares about how his training and nutrition routine with Ari Leka of Vendetta Fitness helps him keep his body in the best shape possible to handle the rigors of playing against some of the top defensive linemen in the state (watch his hudl highlights). Mike also goes into how he’s been able to focus on keeping grades a priority and what his plans are in regards to continuing to play in college.
