Five Key Points

1. Getting to MetLife does something to a team and makes them believe that the impossible is possible. This group knows what it takes to get to the pinnacle so expect to see them play like they are on a mission…because they are.
2. H-town did lose some big time athletes to graduation and transfers. But they retooled nicely, starting with their beefy line. Hatten, Olson and D’Ambola combine for nearly 750-pounds. Having that kind of front will protect the skill players from taking too many blows which should help them stay healthy down the stretch.
3. CJ Robinson has quietly built a machine over the past several years at the helm and his team has a reputation from around the league as a hard hitting, tough team. His coaching peers have indicated that it’s only a matter of time before he brings that elusive chip to H-town Nation.
4. Despite being a team that is built to win games, the Tiger’s schedule is loaded with booby traps. It’s the kind of schedule where they could find themselves on the winning or losing end of one-score games. Losing a few close games is almost worse than getting trampled because it can wear emotionally on a team.
5. Even if H-Town does end up losing a few close games in a row, they are an emotionally strong team who can remain focused. Other teams on this schedule should fear this Tiger’s team.
